These terms govern your use of the SunCrest website (suncrestmed.com) and set out general terms for our clinic, pharmacy and laboratory services. By using the Website or our services, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
1. About us and these terms
The Website is operated by SunCrest (“we”, “us”). In these terms, “you” means anyone who uses the Website or our services. You must be at least 18 years old to agree to these terms. A parent or guardian must act for a younger person.
These terms are read together with our Privacy Policy.
2. The Website is information, not medical advice
The Website describes our services in general terms. It is not medical advice, and it does not create a doctor-patient relationship. Never ignore professional advice, or delay getting it, because of something on this Website.
In an emergency, call 112 or go to your nearest hospital. Do not use this Website to seek urgent care.
3. Our services
SunCrest provides clinic consultations and procedures, a pharmacy and diagnostic laboratory services at the locations shown on the Website. Which services are offered, and when, can differ by location and may change without notice.
- Clinic. Care is given by qualified professionals at the clinic after an assessment. Any treatment needs your informed consent at the time.
- Pharmacy. Prescription medicines are sold only against a valid prescription, as the law requires. We may decline to sell a medicine if the prescription is unclear or invalid, if a safety check (such as a recorded allergy) raises a concern, or if the law does not allow the sale. Some medicines may be sold in part-packs; where a medicine is sold only in full packs, we will tell you.
- Laboratory. Results are produced from the sample and information you give us and must be interpreted by a doctor in light of your condition. Turnaround times are estimates, not guarantees. Some tests need fasting or other preparation, and results may be affected if you do not follow it.
4. Information you give us
Please give us accurate and complete information, including your allergies, the medicines you take and your medical history. Your care, and the safety checks we run, depend on it. We are not responsible for harm that results from information that you knew to be wrong or left out.
5. Prices, bills and refunds
Prices are shown at the location and on your itemised bill, including GST where it applies. We accept cash, UPI and card, where available at that location.
Medicines and laboratory tests may be returned or refunded only as the law allows and as set out in the return policy printed on your bill or displayed at the location. As a general rule, a laboratory test cannot be refunded once its report has been released, and medicines that were sold properly are returnable only if they are unopened and within the return period.
Nothing in this section limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
6. Reports and links we send you
We may send you a bill or a laboratory report as a private link, for example on WhatsApp, if you have agreed. Anyone with the link may be able to open it, so please keep it private and do not forward it to people you do not trust. Report links may expire after a period of time; you can ask the laboratory for a copy.
7. Using the Website
You may use the Website only for lawful purposes. You must not:
- try to gain access to any system, account or part of our services that is not meant to be public, or probe, scan or test their security;
- interfere with or overload the Website, or use automated tools to copy it in bulk;
- introduce viruses or other harmful code; or
- pretend to be another person or organisation, or mislead others about your connection with SunCrest.
8. Our content and brand
The SunCrest name, logo, text, design and other content on the Website belong to us or our licensors and are protected by law. You may view the Website and print a page for your own personal use. You may not copy, adapt, distribute or use our name, logo or content for any other purpose without our written permission.
9. Other websites and services
The Website may link to services that we do not run, such as maps, WhatsApp or your phone dialler. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.
10. Availability and accuracy
We work to keep the Website accurate and available, but we provide it “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we do not promise that it will be error-free, always available or free of harmful components, or that the information on it is complete or current at every moment.
11. Our responsibility to you
To the fullest extent the law allows, SunCrest is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, arising from your use of the Website, or from a delay or interruption beyond our reasonable control.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or your statutory rights as a consumer or a patient.
12. Changes
We may update these terms and the Website from time to time. The date at the top shows when these terms were last updated (17 October 2026). Using the Website after a change means you accept the updated terms.
13. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to your rights as a consumer, including the right to approach a consumer commission under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the competent courts in India will have jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of them.
We would like to resolve any concern directly first. Please tell the front desk at the location or write to us as set out in section 14.
14. Contact
For any question about these terms or a complaint, please speak to the front desk at any SunCrest location (see Visit us).
15. General
If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. If we do not enforce a right straight away, that does not mean we have given it up. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the whole agreement between you and us about the Website.
